Built for Salesforce Admins

You built the perfect Screen Flows. FlowRunner makes sure your team actually uses them.

The Admin's Dilemma

You spent weeks building Screen Flows that automate your org's processes. The logic is solid. The validation rules are tight. One problem: your reps won't log into Salesforce to run them. They live in their inbox. So your flows sit unused, data goes missing, and you're stuck chasing reps for updates.

FlowRunner Fixes "Getting There"

Instead of hoping reps will open Salesforce, FlowRunner brings your Screen Flows directly into Outlook and Gmail. Same flows. Same logic. Same validation. Just in a place your team already spends 80% of their day.

Why Admins Love FlowRunner

Your flows, plus email context

Your existing Screen Flows work without changes. FlowRunner also surfaces email context (contacts, the full message, user identity) so you can build smarter flows.

Pin Flows Per Team

Sales sees "Create Opportunity". Support sees "Create Case". Control exactly which flows appear for which teams.

Custom Record Lookup

Build your own lookup logic. Match by email, domain, or any field you need.

Deploy in Minutes

Roll out via Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Chrome Web Store. No local installs, no XML manifests, no training sessions.

65%

of sales reps' time is spent on non-selling tasks.

The #1 reason? Too many clicks to get to Salesforce.

Common Questions from Admins

Do I need to rebuild my flows?

Your existing Screen Flows work without changes. But there's a bonus: FlowRunner gives your flows access to email data they never had before. Sender and recipient contacts, the full email message, the current user's Outlook or Gmail identity. You can build on this context, but you don't have to.

How do I control which flows users see?

You can pin specific flows to specific teams using permission sets or profiles. Sales sees their flows, support sees theirs.

What about security?

FlowRunner uses Salesforce OAuth. Users authenticate with their Salesforce credentials. All API calls respect your org's sharing rules and permissions.

How long does deployment take?

10-15 minutes. Install the managed package, configure your lookup logic, and deploy via Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Chrome Web Store.
